Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents and provides supervision and guidance to clinical staff members. Responsibilities include administering medications, starting IVs, documenting treatments, developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, ensuring compliance with state practice act, supervising LPNs/LVNs and CNAs, coordinating care with physicians and other departments, participating in orientation and in-service training, and contributing to a positive, patient-centered care environment.
