Registered Nurse (RN)

Plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents while assessing conditions, documenting needs, and implementing physician orders. Assign nursing care to team members, supervise and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs, and administer medications, IVs, and treatments in compliance with state regulations. Lead team conferences for individualized care plans, coordinate therapy and procedures, and ensure equipment maintenance and supply utilization. Interview applicants, recommend hires, and participate in counseling or disciplinary actions as permitted by the Nursing Practice Act. Supervise the nursing unit, including scheduling and directing staff.
