Registered Nurse (RN)

Plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents while supervising and directing LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs. Assess resident conditions, implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments in compliance with state regulations. Initiate team conferences to develop individualized care plans and assign nursing tasks based on resident needs and staff capabilities. Supervise the nursing unit, including scheduling and evaluating clinical staff. Participate in orientation, in-service training, and interviews for new hires. Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is maintained safely. Report pertinent observations regarding residents and coordinate care for therapy or procedures.
