Registered Nurse (RN)

Coordinate nursing care for residents by assessing conditions, implementing physician orders, administering medications, and documenting treatments per state regulations. Supervise and direct LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs while initiating team conferences to develop individualized care plans. Assign nursing tasks based on resident needs and staff capabilities, ensuring supplies are utilized economically and equipment remains maintained. Report pertinent observations, participate in orientation and in-service training, and assist physicians with special procedures within the Nursing Practice Act. Schedule and direct nursing staff, interview applicants, and handle disciplinary actions as permitted by law.
