Registered Nurse RN and Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants and make daily unit rounds while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians, completing required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, or transfer. Chart and document all activities per facility policy to ensure accurate patient care tracking. This role supports the Symphony Care Network's portfolio of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois. Candidates must be licensed RNs or LPNs and able to work every other weekend.
