Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions while managing medications proficiently. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by developing meaningful relationships through their life stories. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care and foster a respectful, positive work environment. Work full-time day, evening, or night shifts, or part-time day shifts, supporting the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
