Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions while managing medications proficiently. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through supportive presence and collaborative teamwork with nursing and facility staff. Develop meaningful relationships by learning life stories to foster a comforting atmosphere and exceed resident needs. Requires a current Indiana RN license, strong geriatric nursing passion, and adherence to C.A.R.E. values. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
