Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions while managing medication proficiency. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through supportive presence and meaningful relationship development. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, fostering teamwork that exceeds resident needs. Maintain a respectful work environment using C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Requires current Indiana RN license and strong passion for geriatric nursing. Full-time and part-time roles available with competitive compensation, 401(k), and extensive education support through partnerships with Ivy Tech and Purdue Global.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
