Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory, Wound Care, Full Time, Day

Assess and reassess physical and educational needs of patients with chronic wounds requiring advanced techniques under physician guidance. Formulate, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care while communicating patient needs to the wound care team. Provide discharge teaching, coordinate referrals for studies and procedures, and facilitate discharge through cost-effective resource management. Educate patients and caregivers on evidence-based modalities and promote healthy practices in the community. Maintain accurate EMR documentation of products and facility charges, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment. This role includes hyperbaric oxygen therapy duties after required training. Reports to a supervisor at Baptist Easley Med Campus as part of Prisma Health's wound care team.
