Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients in a 47-bed facility with three operating rooms and four cardiac catheterization labs. Supervise and direct nursing staff activities while coordinating care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment. Collect relevant health data, analyze assessment results to determine diagnosis and care issues, and implement care plans to promote a safe environment. Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity. Directly provide health information to patients and the treatment team. Maintain required certifications including BLS or CPR, and adhere to vaccination requirements as a condition of employment.
