Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients in an ambulatory surgery setting within a 47-bed hospital featuring three operating rooms and four cardiac catheterization labs. Supervises and directs activities of assigned nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment. Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment information to determine diagnosis and care issues, and implements plans to promote a safe environment. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, directly providing health information and participating in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Delegates duties appropriately to healthcare team members. Requires BSN, RN licensure, and BLS certification; full-time employment in Lost Hills, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Facility Specific License/Certifications
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
