Registered Nurse (RN) Ambulatory Clinic Specialist, Center for Family Medicine, PRN, Day

Registered Nurse (RN) for Ambulatory Clinic at Center for Family Medicine. Provides direct nursing care in an outpatient setting using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) with an emphasis on evidence-based practices, patient education, and compliance with infection control and safety policies. Responsibilities include applying advanced ambulatory care knowledge to develop individualized plans of care, administering medications and treatments (e.g., chemotherapy, insulin therapy, IUI, nitrous oxide as applicable), delegating tasks to healthcare team members, ensuring regulatory and organizational requirements are met, and supporting education and mentoring of care team members. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), current RN license, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a related specialty. This PRN Day shift role is non-management and reports to a supervisor/manager.
