Registered Nurse (RN)-Ambulatory Clinic, Neurosurgical, FT, Days

Provide and coordinate direct nursing care in an ambulatory/neurosurgical clinic or urgent care setting per policies, nursing standards, and state regulations. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, educate patients and families for post-visit self-care, coordinate and document care, delegate tasks to team members, uphold infection control and safety protocols, and maintain a compassionate environment. Serve as a role model, participate in staff education/mentoring, attend meetings, and pursue ongoing professional development and compliance training.
