Registered Nurse (RN)-Ambulatory Care, Surgical Oncology, FT, Day

Provide and coordinate nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory, medical office, or urgent care setting in accordance with state regulations and Prisma Health's policies. Deliver direct patient care based on individualized plans of care, administering prescribed medications and treatments while assessing needs for physical, emotional, and educational support. Educate patients and families on post-visit self-care tasks and communicate patient concerns to the healthcare team. Maintain infection control protocols, document care consistently, and delegate duties to team members as appropriate. Complete required compliance training and participate in department meetings.
