Registered Nurse (RN)-Ambulatory Care, Surgery-Parkridge, FT, Day

Provide and coordinate nursing care in non-acute ambulatory, medical office, or urgent care settings in accordance with state regulations and Prisma Health policies. Deliver direct patient care using individualized plans of care that address physical, emotional, cultural, and educational needs. Administer prescribed medications and treatments while assessing patients and applying evidence-based practice to promote wellness. Educate patients and families on post-visit self-care tasks and communicate patient concerns to the healthcare team. Maintain infection control protocols, document care consistently, and delegate duties to team members based on capabilities. Complete annual compliance training and participate in department meetings or shared governance initiatives.
