Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care per individualized resident care plans, administer medications and treatments, and perform assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation. Monitor resident conditions, communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during daily operations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care while delivering compassionate, resident-centered support that promotes dignity and comfort. Evening shift availability includes 8-hour and 12-hour options with same-day pay. Full-time roles qualify for a $12,000 sign-on bonus and an additional $500 bonus 30 days after hire.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
