Job Summary
Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments while monitoring residents for condition changes. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and maintain accurate electronic documentation. Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Work day, evening, or night shifts including 12-hour rotations with weekend and holiday availability. Required Qualifications
- Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) License
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required
