Registered Nurse (RN) - All Shifts Available

Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for patients and residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care. Deliver nursing care, implement plans of care, and evaluate resident responses while directing and supervising care provided by other nursing personnel. Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements, equipment setup and maintenance, and confidentiality protocols. Provide education to patients, residents, families, and caregivers as appropriate. Conduct self in a professional manner in compliance with unit and facility policies. Works rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
