Job Summary
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA while administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and sterilizing equipment. Coordinate daily clinical and surgical schedules with providers and document chart notes accurately to maintain the highest level of patient care and service. Prioritize patient experience to increase physician retention, consistently follow policies for positive outcomes, and complete additional projects as directed by Clinical Leadership. Requires current RN license, ACLS certification, and ability to work 8-12 hour shifts with occasional overtime and weekends. Full-time role based in one of our 30+ premium locations across the United States and Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current ACLS certification
- Availability to work overtime/weekends as needed
- Prioritize patient care and patient experience
- Ability to succeed independently and as part of a team
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
- Push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a big plus!
- Ability to identify/solve problems and think outside of the box
- Multitask effectively and be highly responsive to patients & team members
