Job Summary
Orient and work on Medical Surgical Units and Intermediate Care Units (IMCU/Stepdown) to gain valuable nursing experience. Rotate between inpatient units every 12 weeks within a program designed for new graduate Registered Nurses who are already licensed. Work full-time shifts totaling 36 hours per week in the Third (Nights) shift. Maintain a Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing and hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Participate in a rotation team to provide a variety of patient experiences, with the option to remain in the program for up to two years.
