Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing services to patients under physician or midlevel provider direction while collecting health data, analyzing it to determine diagnoses, and developing individualized care plans. Implement prescribed interventions to attain expected outcomes, evaluate patient progress, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team. Deliver patient and family health education, perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty, and maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 10:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
- CPR/BLS certified
- Knowledge of triage procedures along with clinic, physician office and/or urgent care experience
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards
- Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids
- Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families as to the nature of disease and to provide instruction on proper care and treatment
- Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

- Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions
- Monday to Friday, 4:00pm-10:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10:00am-6:00pm
