Job Summary
Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians in an adult inpatient behavioral health setting. Assess patients' physical and psychological condition continuously, apply nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team, contribute to treatment plans, document goals and interventions. Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu, adhere to Trauma-Informed Recovery model. Requires valid MA RN license, CPR certification; BSN preferred; experience in psychiatric inpatient or substance use disorders, crisis de-escalation and crisis intervention; strong crisis and time-management skills; willingness to work 3:00pm-11:30pm with weekend/holiday rotation; shift differentials provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- CPR certification
