Job Summary
Provide daily nursing oversight, clinical support, and health monitoring for adult day health participants; communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff; partner closely with LPNs, program staff, and internal team members to support smooth day-to-day operations; complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system; support seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive challenges with patience and compassion; onsite role at West Roxbury, MA, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with one Saturday 9a-3p per month; requires Active RN license and 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred
- Experience working with seniors in a healthcare or senior-care setting
- Comfort with computers and electronic medical records
