Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care. Coordinate care for Med Surg patients across the continuum. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and dialysis services. Delegate tasks effectively to support staff and maintain workflow. Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation. Support a team-oriented, patient-focused nursing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- One year of nursing experience, required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- If RN license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more, successful completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating license
