Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care. Coordinate care for Med Surg patients across the continuum. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and dialysis services. Delegate tasks effectively to support staff and maintain workflow. Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation. Support a team-oriented, patient-focused nursing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing required
- One year of Nursing Experience, required
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred
- If RN license inactive or lapsed, completion of a Board approved refresher course prior to reactivating or reinstating license is required
- RN Residency Program for applicants with less than one year of nursing experience in an RN capacity
