Job Summary
Assess, coordinate, and evaluate patient care continuously while actively engaging the multidisciplinary team to develop and document tailored goals and interventions for adolescents. Uphold a safe therapeutic environment by managing physical and psychological conditions throughout the care journey, demonstrating exceptional crisis management and time management skills. Collaborate with health team members to implement evidence-based psychiatric programs and support patients, families, and legal guardians. Work nights, weekends, and weekdays with a monthly bonus opportunity up to $9,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing
- Valid Washington State RN license
- Minimum of three years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility
- Exceptional crisis management skills
- Time management skills
- Flexibility and creativity
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Calm, organized, and professional demeanor
- Ability to engage in the health care team
- Ability to offer direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians
- Ability to assess the physical and psychological conditions of patients
- Ability to utilize the nursing process
- Ability to collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team
- Ability to contribute to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions
