Registered Nurse (RN) - Administrator On Duty - PRN

Serve as Chief Administrative Officer in the absence of Hospital Administrative Staff by making rounds on all units, coaching Charge Nurses, and obtaining reports on staffing, falls, and patient complaints. Resolve immediate issues, document incidents, and refer inquiries to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing. Manage critical personnel issues such as fitness for duty or insubordination, and act as Planning Chief and temporary Incident Commander during disasters. Coordinate bed management, facility issues, and media needs while ensuring policy compliance and ethical consults. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent with three years of experience, current RN license, and availability for variable shifts at Baptist Easley Med Campus.
