Job Summary
Assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions, and develop patient care plans to enhance outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to collect vital signs, administer IV medications, and accurately stage, photograph, and measure wounds. Evaluate and revise the plan of care to facilitate achievement of expected goals while maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. Work 36 scheduled weekly hours in Days/Afternoons shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- 1 year of clinical patient care experience in an acute care setting, long-term care facility, or physician practice
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in an acute rehabilitation facility
- EPIC Electronic Health Record training
