Registered Nurse (RN) Acute, Emergency Department, FT, Night

Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient emergency setting, fostering patient-centered care. Conduct assessments, develop individual plans of care, and validate priorities with the interdisciplinary team. Deliver direct care to assigned patients while monitoring quality, ensuring appropriate surveillance, and incorporating cost containment principles. Manage patient safety, coordinate tasks, and utilize performance indicators to evaluate care effectiveness. Educate patients and families on their learning needs and maintain professional competency through ongoing education and licensure renewal. This non-management role requires a current RN license and one year of experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Scheduled for night shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call work at Prisma Health's Greenville Memorial Hospital.
