Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Acute Dialysis provides safe, high-quality nursing care for patients requiring acute dialysis in the hospital. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis; initiating, monitoring, and discontinuing dialysis treatments; accurate documentation; collaboration with nephrologists and interdisciplinary care teams to meet treatment goals and regulatory standards; patient and family education; adherence to infection prevention practices; and potential orientation/supervision of staff or students. Requires nursing degree from an accredited program and Arkansas RN licensure with CPR; 10-hour shifts with full-time schedule in Fayetteville, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Arkansas RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if applicable to duties
- Experience in acute care nursing preferred; dialysis experience preferred but not required
