Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Dialysis (Full time, 4 10-hr shifts & every other Saturday)

Job Summary
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients requiring acute dialysis in a hospital setting. Perform comprehensive assessments before, during, and after dialysis; initiate, monitor, and discontinue dialysis treatments; maintain accurate documentation; collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and the interdisciplinary team to meet treatment goals and ensure patient safety. Provide patient and family education related to dialysis and follow-up needs; uphold infection prevention practices and regulatory standards; may assist with orientation of new staff and cross-coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Arkansas RN license
- CPR certification
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance if applicable to duties
- experience in acute care preferred; dialysis experience preferred but not required
