Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an acute inpatient setting using evidence-based practices and the nursing process. Collect data, complete assessments, and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, validating goals with patients and families. Provide direct patient care, delegate tasks appropriately, and monitor quality while ensuring safety and adherence to safety protocols. Document progress, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and incorporate cost containment principles into daily practice. Work nights at Patewood Memorial Hospital with a willingness to float across units and cover weekends or holidays as needed.
