Registered Nurse RN - Acute Care

RN Clinical Nurse provides individualized, evidence-based nursing care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsible for performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver high-quality patient care, coordinating care through effective partnerships, and practicing in alignment with established standards and ethics. Maintains patient-centered care across diverse populations, supports documentation and safety goals, engages in performance improvement and protocol development, and serves as a preceptor/mentor to other nurses. Strong collaboration, critical thinking, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment are essential. Licenses and certifications as required (RN, BLS) to be maintained upon hire.
