Registered Nurse RN - Acute Care

Job Summary
Provide high-quality, individualized patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team in an acute care setting on the night shift. Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice, ensure safe patient care, and collaborate with patients, families, and the care team. Adhere to professional standards, policies, and shared governance, participate in performance improvement and protocol development, and demonstrate culturally competent, compassionate care with effective communication and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Associates nursing or Diploma nursing or Bachelor's nursing (preferred)
- RN license in Georgia or Multi-state Compact
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; strong clinical skills; teamwork; patient-focused care
