Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse (Registered Nurse) in Acute Care, night shift (7pm-7am), full-time, at Wellstar in Kennesaw, GA. Provides patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, using the nursing process and evidence-based practice; supports coordination, performance improvement, and compliance with policies. Requires RN licensure, BLS, and minimum education of Associate/Diploma/Bachelors in nursing; experience less than 1 year preferred. Emphasizes teamwork, communication, and efficient use of technology in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN license (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Less than 1 year experience or direct patient care experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English; strong interpersonal & collaboration skills
- Experience with nursing process, evidence-based practice, and documentation
