Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered, evidence-based care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a full-time, night-shift acute care setting. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, coordinating care, ensuring safe quality patient care, documenting appropriately, and supporting performance improvement. Requires an active nursing license (RN) with BLS certification; less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state
- BLS - Basic Life Support or equivalent
