Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care Surgical/Orthopedics/Trauma on Night shift at Wellstar. Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care using evidence-based practice, coordinates care through interdisciplinary collaboration, supports performance improvement and shared governance, and serves as a preceptor for other nurses. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, ensuring culturally competent care, maintaining timely documentation, and upholding organizational policies and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing
- RN license (Single State)
- RN - Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- BLS - Instructor
- BLS - Provisional
