Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care-Surgical/Orthopedics/Trauma – Day shift. The RN Clinical Nurse is part of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality patient care and practicing in alignment with Wellstar's practice models and ethical standards. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, providing relationship-based, patient-centered care adaptable to diverse populations, coordinating care through interdisciplinary rounds and effective communication with patients and families, and practicing according to evidence-based standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, performance improvement participation, and supporting staff development through precepting and mentoring. Requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s degree preferred), an RN license (Single State) with a Multistate Compact, and current Basic Life Support certification (BLS/BLS Instructor/Provisional). Locations include Evans, GA.
Required Qualifications
