Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in Acute Care—Surgical/Orthopedics/Trauma on Day shift. Performs nursing processes with evidence-based practice, provides relationship-based patient-centered care, coordinates safe, quality nursing care with interdisciplinary team, maintains adherence to policies and professional standards, and supports professional development, precepting, and performance improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include evidence-based practice, documentation, patient and family education, and collaboration to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Preferred
- Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
- RN - Multi-state Compact Required
- Basic Life Support Required
- BLS - Instructor Required
- BLS - Provisional Required
