Registered Nurse (RN)- Acute Care-Surgical/Orthopedics/Trauma-FT Days

RN Clinical Nurse delivers patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team in acute care, surgical/orthopedics, and trauma settings. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, coordinating care, providing relationship-based care, adapting service delivery to cultural diversity, ensuring evidence-based practice, documenting care, supporting performance improvement, and acting as a preceptor or mentor for staff and students. Maintains alignment with Wellstar Professional Practice Model, policies, scope of practice, and safety standards while upholding patient voice and goals within the care plan.
