Registered Nurse (RN)- Acute Care-Surgical/Orthopedics/Trauma-FT Days

Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, relationship-based care across surgical, orthopedic, and trauma units. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, document patient progress, and partner with families to set goals and ensure safe, quality outcomes. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement initiatives, and contribute to protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Uphold Wellstar's shared governance model, TJC safety goals, and all regulatory standards while completing mandatory education and competency assessments.
