Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in Acute Care-Surgical/Orthopedics/Trauma provides patient-centered nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, employing evidence-based practice, care coordination, and documentation to support quality outcomes. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, delivering relationship-based care suited to diverse populations, participating in interdisciplinary rounds, and upholding professional standards and organizational policies. Requires licensure as a registered nurse, BLS certification, and eligibility for multi-state licensure; ongoing development as a preceptor and contributor to performance improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing
- RN - Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- BLS - Instructor
- BLS - Provisional
- Reg Nurse (Single State) Required
- Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Preferred
