Registered Nurse (RN)- Acute Care-Surgical/Orthopedics/Trauma-FT Days

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver individualized, evidence-based patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside teaching while documenting safe quality care. Partner with patients and families to set goals and adapt service delivery to cultural diversity. Mentor preceptors and staff, participate in shared governance, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Uphold Wellstar policies, TJC safety goals, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments.
