Registered Nurse (RN)- Acute Care-Surgical/Orthopedics/Trauma-FT Days

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families on goals and teaching. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives. Mentor staff and students to support workforce development. Uphold Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act standards and Wellstar policies. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments.
