Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care, Special Care Nursery, PRN, Night

Conduct clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, including the Special Care Nursery, while adhering to safety protocols, cost containment, and quality improvement standards. Perform direct patient care, validate nursing priorities with the healthcare team, and develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and cultural considerations. Monitor patient status, evaluate interventions, and coordinate discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Complete nursing assessments, documentation, and performance improvement audits while maintaining licensure and required certifications. This night shift role requires weekend and holiday availability and reports to a supervisor at Prisma Health's Oconee Medical Campus.
