RN Clinical Nurse in a part-time 7p-7a role on a 28-bed post-surgical unit with Magnet Designation at the Paulding campus. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, providing patient-centered care, ensuring evidence-based practice, coordinating care through interdisciplinary collaboration, and contributing to performance improvement. The role emphasizes relationship-based care, effective documentation, supportive patient and family engagement, and adherence to professional practice standards. Required to be licensed as an RN with appropriate certifications (BLS required; RN licensing in the state; multi-state compact or single-state as applicable). New grads to 6 months welcome; sign-on bonus available.
