Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Pediatric Medicine Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care delivered, and incidents. Serve as a patient advocate by listening to concerns, responding to needs in a timely manner, and educating families on health-related issues. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licenses and certifications, and contribute ideas to drive solutions for better patient quality and staff satisfaction. Work full-time nights, 36 hours per week, at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta.
