Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Pediatric Medicine Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policies, and maintain documentation of assessments, condition changes, and education provided. Prioritize actions based on patient needs, serve as an educational resource for families, and advocate for patient-centered care. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council service, and mentor other nurses. Work full-time night shifts (36 hours/week) at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta.
