Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Pediatric Medicine Augusta (Part Time)

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and deliver safe, effective care according to established policies. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, condition changes, education provided, and compliance incidents. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource on health issues, and communicate necessary information to providers and staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute to process solutions, and support shared governance through council service. Mentor other nurses, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and maintain professional licenses and certifications. Work night shifts, 24 hours per week, as a Registered Nurse at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center.
