Registered Nurse (RN)- Acute Care- Ortho Trauma- Augusta PT

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for acute ortho trauma patients while coordinating daily patient flow and experience. Deliver safe care according to policies, maintain documentation of assessments and changes in condition, and advocate for patient and family needs through education and communication. Collaborate with the care team to promote short- and long-term outcomes, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and uphold professional standards and confidentiality. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and contribute to shared governance activities. Work part-time, 20 hours per week, as a frontline representative of the patient care team at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center.
